Gerstman Sales provides comprehensive sales representation by working in partnership with manufacturers to gain store space and e-commerce presence in order to help drive sales in all channels. We immerse ourselves in your business and collaborate with your team to develop customized strategic sales plans. We implement these plans utilizing our extensive relationships at The Home Depot.

The Gerstman Sales Process

1. Immersion

We conduct a deep dive into our clients’ product lines, including but not limited to the review of existing strategies, current and future sales plans, and business opportunities.

2. Objectives / Strategies / Recommendations

Following the immersion process, we provide pricing, promotions, and planogram recommendations, as well as guidance on communicating with The Home Depot (Headquarters -Store Support Center, Divisional, Regional).

3. Implementation

Depending on objectives, we utilize the deep relationships we have at all levels at The Home Depot to drive sales for your products. These relationships include senior management, field management, Store Operations, and the MET organization.

4. Review & Management

Gerstman Sales continually monitors sales and operational data and makes recommendations and adjustments based on observed results.
